small town? Please,Get off the coach and hitchhike back, jump off the plane (wait!make sure your wearing a parachute first)
or turn your car around and speed away as far away as you can!Anything to save you from the most miserable holiday you will
have in your lifetime. Stubborn? Still coming towards here.. Ok,but before you arrive,read the following information which
will help you to know what to avoid or be aware of.
WEATHER
You don't need to read the road signs to see when your approaching....just look straight ahead and follow the clouds.If
you start to notice fog,rain and cold temperatures-a combination of hell-you've definitely reached your destination. Believe
me-kiss the sun goodbye 'cause you're not gonna see it again until you leave.
ENTERTAINMENT
Okay, one might say, So the weather is bad, so f*****' what? Many people like it that way and are ready to have fun no
matter what. You think you're gonna have fun? You really are!.. if you are only interested in smoking and drinking coffee
in cafeterias with a view of the most greeny and polluted lake you've ever set your eyes on. Block nose as well-yes,with both
fingers,cause the smell of it isn't thrilling either.
Or maybe your heart is set on at the clubs at night? I'm sure that you'll enjoy yourself there. Yep! If you like drinking
bombs, standing up for hours and looking at girls you're NEVER gonna screw!....(unless you drug them). Consider yourself lucky
if you go back to hotel without being hit on the head from some flying handbag . Advice:Wear a helmet or something.
SHOPPING
Maybe you're keen on shopping? Don't even dream of it!The rule is:Buy something quickly and get the f*** out of here!Besides,you'll
only end up paying for something 10 times the amount it's worth back home and in the worst quality possible.
PEOPLE
Ioannina isn't the ideal place to live so you can imagine what this does to your character.Meet the most unfriendly and
rude people on the planet.Here, we have serious attitute problems.With our icy looks and always "ready for a fight"
moods forget about your anger management lessons! You can let all that anger out of your system by just picking a fight with
someone. We'll have you shouting and out of control in no time at all.
TRAFFIC
Did you know that Ioannina has the most car owners according to the population in Europe?!It's true,really! Unfortunately,the
city wasn't built according to this fact though,therefore parking areas are minimized to ZERO.So my friend,if you decide to
rent a car be ready to circulate around the city a billion times to you find somewhere to park it.
Advice:Load your car with drinks,put on your favourite music-REALLY loud-like there's a party in it,pick up your friends
and start jamming in there!
By the time you do find something it's time to go home again...no problema though,you wouldn't have had fun out anyway
and you'll have saved your money as well.
AREAS NEAR IOANNINA
If you think you can escape from the muldu of Ioannina by going to the nearest town which is ARTA think again.The place
there is even smaller with the same or even worse situations....sorry,you will have wasted loads of money to get here so be
smart and don't waste anymore.
